We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Buyers can pay with all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), debit cards, and Apple Pay / Google Pay. We're working on adding Interac e-Transfer for Canadian buyers soon.

For porch pickup orders, funds are released within 7 days of the buyer confirming receipt. For shipped orders, funds release 7 days after delivery confirmation. Much faster than Etsy's typical 3-day + bank processing delays.

Your Founding Maker benefits are tied to your account permanently — as long as you have at least one active listing. If you take a break (vacation mode), your status is preserved. If you close your shop completely and return later, you'd join at current pricing.

Yes! You can switch between Hobby and Pro at any time. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. Founding Makers have a special locked-in deal and don't need to worry about this — you've got the best of everything already.

No. Our commission only applies to the product price, not shipping. If you charge $10 shipping, you keep that full $10 (minus the small payment processing fee that applies to the entire transaction).
